This document describes the position of the European Privacy Centre (EPCE) on the italian declaration of the rights of internet, with a special contribution of Mauro Alovisio (https://www.linkedin.com/pub/mauro-alovisio/7/511/b31) and Emiliano Vitelli. This document was employed to express the EPCE position for the public consultation on the Draft Declaration on the Rights of the Internet.
